I’m passionate about helping couples improve their relationships. I help you improve your communication and understand patterns and differences so you can strengthen your connection and build a partnership filled with meaning.
I also love working with families with adult children. When one member of the family has been in therapy previously, it can be helpful to have everyone come together to better make sense of a new, often shifting, family dynamic. I take pride in helping all parties be heard and to communicate clearly. I do this to allow you to move away from past rifts and patterns into new ways of understanding each other where everyone feels heard and respected.
