There are different kinds of talk therapy, and my specialty is psychodynamic psychotherapy, an in-depth approach that lets me get to know clients below the surface. My clients have said that this approach helps them feel listened to, understood, supported, and ultimately empowered to make meaningful changes. I also integrate mindfulness and techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) to help clients deal with thoughts and behaviors that get in the way of achieving their goals.
